How do I book with you?

Booking takes four steps. You do not register anywhere and you do not invent a password.

  1. You pick the service you want to come for.
  2. You pick a day. Days with free time are highlighted in the calendar.
  3. You pick a time from the ones we offer.
  4. You fill in your name, e-mail and phone and tap the button that confirms the booking.

Nothing is sent until you tap that last button. Until then you can go a step back and change whatever you need. Nothing can go wrong.

What happens once I send the booking?

A confirmation appears on the screen right away and an e-mail arrives at the same time. It has the day, the time and the service, so there is nothing for you to remember.

The e-mail also carries an attachment that puts the appointment into your phone calendar with one tap.

If the e-mail does not arrive within a few minutes, please have a look in your spam folder.

Why do you want my e-mail?

We e-mail you the confirmation and a link that cancels the appointment, and usually a reminder before the appointment too. Without an address we have no way of sending them, which is why we ask for it.

I need to cancel or move my appointment. How?

Both the confirmation and the reminder carry a cancellation link. You tap it, we ask once more whether you really mean it, and only then is the appointment cancelled.

You can cancel online up to 24 h before the appointment, after that please contact us.

You can move the appointment online up to 24 h before it starts – with the “Change the time” button in your e-mail or in My appointments. The original slot is freed up right away.

Where do I find my appointments?

On the My appointments page – the link takes you to the overview on bienaro.com, where you’ll find your appointments with us and with other businesses. You sign in with the phone number you book with and a code from a text message. No password needed.

You will see when we are expecting you, you can save the appointment to your calendar, move it or cancel it, and you will also find your last few visits there.

I have a gift voucher from you. Where do I use it?

You type the code from the voucher in the last step of the booking, into the gift voucher field. We show you right away what the voucher covers.

A voucher for a particular service covers that whole service. There is nothing left to pay.

If you pick a different service, the voucher still applies. If that service costs more, you pay the difference with us on the spot.

A voucher is used up in one go. If the service you pick costs less, the remainder is lost, so it is worth knowing in advance.

None of the times offered suits me. What can I do?

There is a link next to the time picker that puts you among those waiting. You tell us which period would suit you and leave us a contact.

Signing up is not a booking. No time is held for you and you cannot come on the strength of it.

As soon as something frees up, we send the offer to those waiting for such an appointment – to at most 10 people at once. The appointment goes to whoever taps first. If it does not work out, you stay on the list and we will get in touch when another one frees up.

Your sign-up lasts until the end of the period you chose. You can leave the list with the link in every message we send.

If you already have an appointment and would like an earlier one, you can have us watch for it. Your original appointment stands in the meantime and you only move if you tap yourself.

What are last-minute offers?

When something frees up in the next few days, we can let you know by e-mail. It only goes to people who ask for it themselves by ticking a box while booking.

You can unsubscribe via the link at the end of every such message. It has no effect on your booking.

What messages can you get from us?

For your booking we send a confirmation, a reminder and a message if the appointment changes or is cancelled. After a visit booked online you get one request for a review. These messages belong to your booking.

The day after a visit booked online we may offer you three free slots for next time, and remind you once more before your usual interval runs out. Such offers come at most once a week and only if you have no next appointment yet. If you don’t want them, tick “Do not contact me when it is time for my next visit.” when booking, or unsubscribe using the link in any of them.

We send no offers or review requests between 9 pm and 8 am.

Do I pay anything up front?

No. Nothing is paid on the website and nobody asks for your card number. You pay with us on the spot.

Who sees my details?

We need your name, e-mail and phone so that we know who you are and can send you the confirmation and the reminder. They are held by Kadeřnictví Ukázka, that is by us. Bienaro is the program the bookings run in and processes them on our behalf and on our instructions.

We do not sell them to anyone. Everything we do with your details, and how to ask for them to be deleted, is set out on the information page.

Who do I turn to if I am stuck?

For anything about an appointment, a service or a price, come straight to us, that is the quickest way:

If the page itself doesn’t work – a button does nothing or an e-mail never arrived – let us know using the form at the bottom of this page. The message goes to Bienaro, the operator of the booking system, not to us – so for anything about your appointment, service or price, contact us directly.

Booking not working? Write to us

This message goes to us, the operator of the Bienaro booking system – not to whoever you are booking with. If it is about your appointment, please call them directly.

Without an address we cannot reply. We will read the report either way.
